Why am I doing this?  Curiosity more than anything. What little knowledge I have of other Kliman families makes me suspect that we are related.

Why do I think Klimans are related? The three families I have come in contact with:

1. Trace ancestors to western Russia near the Polish border
2. Emigrated to the US in the period from 1850 to 1925
3. Have a majority of male children
4. A majority? practice in medical and allied professions, sciences and have a tendency to have advanced degrees. Even those in the arts have a predilection for technical approaches to art. Still need more information here. Have found a Kliman realtor and a Kliman law office.
